On Friday, Feb. 28, former Mountlake Terrace High School standout Ellie Gilbert’s current college team, the Central Washington Wildcats, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.

The game took place at Bobby Welch Halle Field. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Bobby Welch Halle Field against Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
