The Nevada Wolf Pack, featuring former Mountlake Terrace High School standout Rominic Quiban, were defeated 12-6 by the Washington State Cougars in an NCAA Division I baseball game Friday, March 27, at 4:05 p.m.

Bailey-Brayton Field hosted the contest, marking the two teams’ first meeting of the season.

Quiban had two hits in five plate appearances and scored two runs.

The Wolf Pack is set to face the Cougars again at Bailey-Brayton Field on Saturday, March 28.
