Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28, issued March 24th, temporarily amends the Open Public Meetings Act and the public may not be permitted to attend the physical location of the City Council Meeting. To hear the meeting and all meeting materials, please use the Zoom meeting invite information below.
