Snohomish County is asking nonprofits and government agencies to review the Notices of Fund Availability before submitting applications for affordable housing.
"An estimated 2.2 million in federal funds is anticipated to be available for the 2021 program year, whichbegins July 1, 2021. Projects must benefit low- and moderate-income persons or neighborhoods inSnohomish County," the county said in a press release. "Interested applicants can attend a virtual application workshop on Monday, October 19, 2020, from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. Information on how to access the virtual (Zoom) meeting is in the NOFA."
