City of Lake Stevens issued the following announcement.
The city of Lake Stevens created an emergency grant program for small businesses with its CARES Relief Funds. This current grant is intended to provide direct assistance to small businesses likely to be impacted with new statewide restrictions imposed on November 16, 2020. Priority will be given to businesses that have not received prior grants.
Eligibility Criteria (must meet all the following):
- Physical location within the city of Lake Stevens
- City of Lake Stevens business license (one application per business license)
- Negatively impacted by COVID-19
- This emergency grant can be used for operational expenses such as rent, supplies/inventory, utility bills, etc. Employee payroll and benefits are not eligible expenses.
