City of Sultan issued the following announcement.
The City of Sultan is now accepting applications for the Salary Commission. This is an independent commission for the purpose of setting salaries of City Council members, to ensure that citizens of high quality are attracted to public service.
The Salary Commission is established in Sultan Municipal Code, Chapter 2.07. Members are appointed by the mayor, with approval from City Council. The Commission will meet Feb-June 2021.
