Marysville School District issued the following announcement.
Students and Families:
Please read the following important information carefully on how to keep your Chromebook safe and electronically healthy over winter break, and ready for the return to online learning in January.
- In order to keep Chromebooks functioning, they should be plugged in over the winter break.
- Do not let your Chromebook lose battery as it can interfere with the start-up functions once you return to remote learning.
- Chargers are to be kept with your Chromebook at all times. If you have misplaced your charger, the break is a great time to find it!
- Place your Chromebook in a safe space where it will not be stepped on or dropped.
- Keep food and beverages away from your Chromebook to keep it clean and prevent damage.
- Keep your Chromebook away from water and store it in a dry place away from extreme hot or cold temperatures.
