City of Mill Creek issued the following announcement on Mar. 7.
You may have noticed NEW Artwork on utility boxes around Mill Creek! Students from Mill Creek Elementary and Heatherwood Middle School submitted more than one hundred entries - voted on by members of the Mill Creek Art & Beautification Board.
The winning submissions from Mill Creek Elementary include works by P. Makinde, R. Escobar, G. Morrison, K. Jonasson, L. Silva, C. Dorgan, R. Iseki, and O. Kumbhar and cover boxes at 148th St. & 35th Ave SE.
Heatherwood's winning submissions cover the boxes at 153rd & Bothell Everett HWY and include art by G. Price, K. Schaffer, A. Turner, T. Konjeti, B. Reyes, E. Li, M. Swanson.
