Mayor Christine Frizzell and the Lynnwood City Council adopted a proclamation recognizing the Celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Council Member Altamirano-Crosby presented the proclamation, both in English and Spanish, to Lynnwood-based, Mexican-American business owners and community organizers.
