Description

On November 15, 2022 during the regularly scheduled city Council Meeting the Edmonds City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the following

issue:

Interim Emergency Ordinance 4278 which amended ECDC 16.60.020.D to add a step back requirement for buildings in the CG (General Commercial)

zone that are across the street from a Single-family zoned property. Pursuant to RCW 36.70A.390 and RCW 35A.63.220, the city council must hold a

public hearing on interim ordinances within sixty days of adoption. The Council will take testimony and consider whether the interim ordinance is justified

or should be repealed.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber of Edmonds Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Avenue N., Edmonds, Washington. Council meetings are

scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide oral and/or written comments.
