VOA states the shelter locations are:
- New Hope Fellowship in Monroe (1012 W. Main St)
- Snohomish Evangelical Church (210 Avenue B)
Both shelters are close to bus lines and the VOA offers a shuttle service from the Sultan Library at 7:45 pm to the Monroe Shelter.
