In 2021, Lake Stevens acquired a parcel and clubhouse building located at 10100 5th Place SE, within the Cedarwood neighborhood. The future of this space needs to be carefully planned to provide maximum benefit for the community. The project helps satisfy the long-range planning goal of the park's plan to provide community space and expand parks and recreation facilities.
