Shoreline home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Shoreline rose by $47,650 while total sales decreased by 67.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 7% increase over the $677,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Shoreline in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
