Shoreline home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Shoreline rose by $122,500 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $745,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $622,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Shoreline in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
