Home prices increased in Kenmore during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Kenmore rose by $249,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,029,000 - a 31.9% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Kenmore in October 2020.
