Pricing for the median home in Kenmore increased during August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Kenmore rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $720,000 - a 22% increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kenmore in August 2019.
